✅ No spam, no obligation, just useful information

A focused 1:1 session to get you unstuck and moving forward.

If you’re thinking, I know what I should do, but I don't know where to start. That's exactly what this is for.

My Wellbeing Audit is a 90-minute private session where we take everything you learned and apply it to your life, your symptoms, your schedule.

We'll work together to:

  • Identify your top three perimenopause challenges and what's driving them

  • Build a realistic wellbeing plan that fits your actual life, not an ideal one

  • Map out simple nutrition, movement, and stress-reduction changes tailored to you

  • Create a 30-day action plan you can follow without overwhelm

You'll leave with clarity, a plan, and the confidence to put it into practice.

“The key success of Lesley's oaching was this amazing/compassionate attention to my needs and weekly zooms whereby we went over what I had focused on the previous week, what I had achieved and then what I wanted to achieve in the week to come. I found this helped me to get the structure and routine into my life around eating well and exercising that had long been missing.”

-- Caroline C, 48

“Lesley is one of the most passionate people I have ever met when it comes to women's health and fitness. She is such a pleasure to work with as her enthusiasm is infectious. She works incredibly hard to ensure her knowledge is up to date and is always keen to learn more about her specific areas of expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend Lesley to anyone who is serious about improving their health and wellbeing, Lesley is a truly knowledgeable and safe pair of hands where your body is concern.”

Frequently asked questions

I already read a lot about perimenopause online. What will I actually get out of these offers?

There's no shortage of information out there. What these programmes offer is: structure, personalisation, and accountability. The free download gives you a curated reference instead of scrolling through conflicting advice. The audit gives you deep listening and a personalised plan, and the 6 week course turns information easy to implement structure that fits your life, with support to keep you on track.

I'm not sure I'm in perimenopause yet. Is this still for me?

Yes. Many women come to perimenopause support feeling uncertain about whether their symptoms qualify. That's completely normal. These offers are designed to help you understand what's happening in your body now, prepare for what's coming, and build habits that will serve you through the full transition and beyond.

I don't have time for a 6-week programme.

The weekly sessions are 90 minutes, and everything is recorded if you need to catch up later. The workbooks are designed to fit into small windows, not eat your evenings. Most participants find that the time they invest pays back quickly: fewer low-energy days, better sleep, and less time spent worrying about what's going on with their body.

Why should I pay when there's so much free information available?

Free information is a starting point, and that's exactly why I offer the free download. But information alone rarely changes anything. What the Re-set and the programme provide is expert guidance tailored to your situation, a clear roadmap instead of guesswork, and the accountability that turns good intentions into real change.

I'm not comfortable sharing personal things in a group.

Completely understandable. Every participant signs a confidentiality agreement before we start, and the group culture is built on respect, not oversharing. You're never required to share more than you want to. Many women find that hearing others talk about experiences similar to theirs is one of the most validating parts of the programme, but your comfort comes first.

What if I start and decide it's not for me?

The first session of the 6-week programme is your decision point. If after week one you feel it isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund, no questions asked, no awkwardness. I'd rather you feel confident in your choice than feel locked in.

Can I book the Re-set first and decide about the programme later?

Absolutely. Many women start with the Re-set and then move into the programme or a longer term one to one agreement once they've experienced the value of working together. The Re-set also gives us a shared foundation to build on if you continue into the group.
