I am on a mission to help you feel Wildly Well and thrive in midlife.

I want you to feel physically and mentally strong, to feel well nourished, well supported, well connected and to KNOW what you need to feel good about yourself and your wellbeing.

My approach is all about you.

You’re amazing. I want to help you feel that way.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits all approach to health. We are all unique individuals with unique histories and lives.

As we live through perimenopause, sometimes we need a guide, a mentor, a coach to help us navigate the symptoms, to enhance our wellbeing, to enable us feel in control of our wellbeing, both now and in the future. To feel empowered as we age, as we feel the impact of hormone change.

I am that guide.

Who is Lesley Waldron, Health Coach?

LesleyWaldron14.06.21-03.jpg

I am the guide I needed in my late 30s when I struggled with exhaustion, stress and anxiety. I found my way out through meditation, good food, and time spent out in nature, and with a great support network.

I have an approach that is about supporting YOU to find YOUR way, rather than dictating exercise and nutrition. I am an integrative women’s health coach. Which means I look at your health in a whole body, holistic way. It’s not just habits, it’s the mindset to get started and keep going that I help you with.

I’ve worked with 100s of women since I began my career in the fitness and wellbeing industry in 2014. Most of those have been living through perimenopause. I LOVE learning and always aim to support my clients using research based approaches to movement, mindset, nutrition and lifestyle.

I’m a mum of 2. I love the outdoors, I even like running in the rain. I have a bit of a thing for trees. I’m in my 40s. I’m perimenopausal. I see it as an important transition to a happy healthy third age and I want you to too.

I enjoy helping you find health habits that you enjoy and that fit with your life. Not what you feel you ‘should do’.

I feel privileged to have the opportunity to make this my profession and honoured to work with women to enhance their wellbeing and empower them through hormone change. I love good fresh food and cooking for my (occasionally ungrateful) family. Bouncing back from my own ups and downs helps me with yours too.

Optimising our wellbeing is never linear but it is always an opportunity to learn.
