We deserve to thrive in midlife.

Midlife and the menopause transition can be challenging. But we can learn from those challenges, build resilience and vitality and get to know ourselves all over again.

As your coach I want help you to feel physically and mentally strong, and to help you find your support networks, build connections and get to KNOW what you need to feel good about yourself and build a life, career, and self awareness to serve you long term.

My approach is all about you.

You’re amazing. I want to help you feel that way.

I want you to show up as you are. In all your messy midlife glory.

I don’t mind if you sometimes go round in circles. We learn something from them.

I don’t mind if you created an action plan and didn’t stick to it.

We learn something from that too.

Or we don’t. Sometimes we just leave it behind and move on.

As your coach I move with you.

Gently.

But I’ll hold space and hold you accountable too.

There’s always a big vision in mind.

You are on this planet to achieve incredible things. You’ve got a mission and purpose and already possess so much of what you need to achieve it.

I’m here to hold the space and keep you on course.

As we live through midlife and perimenopause, sometimes we need a guide, a mentor, a coach to help us navigate the symptoms, to enhance our wellbeing, to enable us feel in control of our wellbeing, both now and in the future. To feel empowered as we age, as we feel the impact of hormone change.

I am that guide.

Who is Lesley Waldron?

LesleyWaldron14.06.21-03.jpg

I am a certified women’s health coach, NLP practitioner, menopause mentor, and outdoors fitness coach. I have a love of learning and development and of helping my clients and those around me thrive.

I take a whole woman approach to my work. We start with you. Your health may be part of the focus, but thriving is the outcome we desire. It’s not just habits, it’s the mindset to get started and keep going that I help you with.

I’ve worked with 100s of women since 2014. Most of those have been living through the midlife and menopause rollercoaster. I LOVE learning and always aim to support my clients using research based approaches to movement, mindset, nutrition and lifestyle.

I’m a lifelong learner, and a lover of the outdoors. I’m a mum of 2 teens. I love the outdoors, I even like walking in the rain. I have a bit of a thing for trees. I’ve been on the climate action bandwagon since my teenage years. I’m in my late 40s. I’m perimenopausal. I’m a carer for my Mum with Alzheimer’s Disease. I see ageing and menopause as an important transition to a happy healthy third age and I want you to too.

I enjoy helping you find habits and thinking that you enjoy and that fit with your life. Not what you feel you ‘should do’.

I feel privileged to have the opportunity to make this my profession and honoured to work with women to enhance their wellbeing and empower them through midlife and hormone change. I love good fresh food and cooking for my (occasionally ungrateful) family. Bouncing back from my own ups and downs helps me with yours too.

I also run a women’s outdoor fitness business. You can find out more about my fitness philosophy at https://www.wildcountrywoman.com/
