Everyone’s experience of the middle part of life is different.

Whether it’s perimenopause symptoms, the stress of the sandwich years caring for kids and elderly parents, or just generally over worked, exhausted and fed up with putting everyone else’s needs above your own.

As your health coach I can support you to identify and take action to improve your wellbeing, to understand your symptoms and find and use the right resources for your own personalised journey back to feeling revitalised and in control.

  1. The Wildly Well Woman coaching programme - a 12 month, transformational health and life coaching programme you’ll be thanking yourself for for decades to come (£750/month)

  2. The Navigating Menopause programme - 6- 12 months to make menopause a positive, experience whatever phase of the transition you are in (£300/month)

  3. The Seasonal Re-set - book a one-off session or one for each season of the year. Assess where you are, and the transformation you’re looking for in the season ahead (£300-£1100)

I’m in, how do I get started?

  1. First, we schedule a call to see if we are a good fit. Health coaching is a highly personal approach, and you and I need to get super clear on what works for you! Click on the button below to set up a no-obligation enquiry call.

  2. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll send over my coaching agreement, terms and conditions, and a form to fill in so I can keep building a picture of your current wellbeing and menopause experience.

    Then we really get started.

  3. Our first call is always about finding out where you are right now, your health history, your currently responsibilities and challenges as well as your vision and goals for the future.

    You get support, coaching, accountability and guidance from me as your cheerleader, coach, and challenger, through all the seasons of the year, through the ups and downs of life.

    You get to create resources, strategies and insights you’ll take with you for decades to come.

Take my client, Sarah, she has a busy full time job, is coping with her own and her partner’s health issues as well as elderly parents. 

She felt like she was doing everything she could within the constraints of her busy life. Eating well, exercising daily, going to bed on time. 

But somehow she felt like there was a missing piece. She was putting on weight, feeling low on energy and was just not feeling herself. 

In the course of her work with me, she understood more about how to work with her monthly hormone cycle, what style of eating really worked for her energy and her digestion, how to fit the right kind of exercise into her life and she started working on the art of rest.
