Why would you need a health coach?

Midlife and perimenopause can be a rollercoaster for your emotional and physical wellbeing. I’m here to help you through.

Everyone’s experience of perimenopause symptoms and hormone change is different. As your health coach I can support you to identify and take action to improve your wellbeing, to understand your symptoms and find and use the right resources for your own personalised journey back to feeling revitalised and in control.

You’ll be held gently accountable week-by-week in my one to one coaching programme. You’ll make steady progress towards goals we create in collaboration.

Perimenopause is a transition, a time of change, and a time to re-evaluate your habits, lifestyle and even your priorities. As your coach I’ll hold your hand through that transition towards feeling empowered, energised, and even excited about your health and wellbeing plans.

How can you work with me

  • My Wildly Well Woman coaching programme includes 1:1 coaching and support over Zoom or in-person in my coaching hut near Bristol.

  • This is for you if you’re ready to invest in your perimenopause wellbeing and make the commitment to empowered wellbeing.

  • You’ll be supported with a host of resources, workshops and trainings to support your health coaching journey alongside the 1:1 sessions.

  • You’ll end the programme with clarity, certainty and a feeling of control over your health and wellbeing. You’ll have created a plan to follow and know where to go for further advice, guidance and support.

I’m in, how do I get started?

  1. First, we schedule a call to see if we are a good fit. Health coaching is a highly personal approach, and you and I need to get super clear on what works for you! Click on the button below to set up a no-obligation enquiry call.

  2. Once you decide health coaching is the right thing, we start by assessing where you are, and take a look at your health history and work together to create a vision for your wildly well future.

  3. Using my Wildly Well Framework you will take action by starting to integrate positive perimenopause wellbeing and understanding into your life from day 1. 

I’m busy, how much time do I need to commit?

I know your life is busy, but we work together to implement the changes you want to achieve the feel good factor you want in your life. Our face to face commitment is a 45-60 minute call every week for the first 6-8 weeks and then fortnightly (depending on your needs). We will create strategies for wellbeing that work for you, and gentle accountability.

This programme is the sum of my experience, and knowledge, and SO many certifications

  • 9 years of working with women in their 40s and 50s (before we even openly talked about perimenopause!),

  • 20+ years of working in teams across different industries and knowing that the people development piece was what I loved the most.

  • Certified Health Coach (IWHI), NLP practitioner, perimenopause specialist, qualified Personal Trainer,

The programme is an investment (£625/month for 4 months or £2500 in full)

  • We work to gain clarity on your current experience - medical history, energy, digestion, sleep, rest, support network.

  • Then on mindset, and getting clear on your current needs,

  • You create a clear vision for your future wellbeing, and take inspired action one habit at a time, the one that makes the most difference towards the goals and intentions that we set together.

  • You get access to all my recorded workshops on perimenopause, and online resources, and we will explore the impact this is having and how to create a positive experience.

  • This is an investment of time and (of course) money, and with deep, lasting, and far reaching impact.

Take my client, Sarah, she has a busy full time job, is coping with her own and her partner’s health issues as well as elderly parents. 

She felt like she was doing everything she could within the constraints of her busy life. Eating well, exercising daily, going to bed on time. 

But somehow she felt like there was a missing piece. She was putting on weight, feeling low on energy and was just not feeling herself. 

In the course of her work with me, she understood more about how to work with her monthly hormone cycle, what style of eating really worked for her energy and her digestion, how to fit the right kind of exercise into her life and she started working on the art of rest. We also identified other health professionals who could help support her. 

The end result was that she felt more energised, more positive about her body and how to age well as well as empowered with information and resources on her health, including the perimenopause to keep her going in the months and years to come.
