I’ll help you undo years of unhelpful habits, and support you in rethinking how you approach your lifestyle.

We will work together to assess where you are, what helps and hinders your current health and hormone balance and create lasting change for optimal wellbeing.

I offer in-house wellbeing workshops for forward-thinking organisations.

Whether it’s for an away day, a wellbeing week or a staff training I can offer a 60, 90 minute or half day workshops to suit a variety of needs.

Free Friday Wellbeing workshops

Monthly workshops on a Friday lunchtime, women in search of empowered wellbeing in perimenopause

Each month will have a focus that relates to the seasons of the year, and to one of the 4 pillars of wellbeing, movement, stress, nourishment and calm.

We meet online for about 45 minutes.
