Cost: £250, which includes a 60-75 zoom, or in person session plus a 15 minute follow up 3 weeks later.

I am an integrative women’s health coach on a mission  to support you to live wildly well through your perimenopause to post menopause transition.

I have 9 years experience working with women and bring my experience and qualifications to meet you where you are. I am a certified coach, a qualified personal trainer, an NLP practitioner and have specialised in perimenopause health and wellbeing since 2016.
