If you’re a woman in your 30s who is curious about what’s next, in your 40s and wondering if you're in it, or a woman in your 50s deciding it's time to take control of your wellbeing then attending one of these workshops could be just what you need.

Why me?

I believe the perimenopause can be a positive and empowering experience and I want to share this with you

Hormone change is inevitable. As is getting older. How we experience these things is as individual as we are.

I strongly believe that forewarned is forearmed and want to share my understanding with as many women as possible.

You can age well, you can make choices that enhance the process, and you can understand what kind of support you might need to ask for too.

You may experience annoying symptoms in perimenopause

Brain fog, mood swings, aching joints, migraines, fatigue, insomnia, night sweats, weight gain, memory lapses.

Or perhaps losing confidence and self esteem.

Or changes to your menstrual cycle and periods.

It’s not a pretty list of potential symptoms.

It’s as individual as you are. And it’s not always inevitable that you experience any of them.

But what really helps is knowing WHY they’re happening and feeling a sense of WHAT you could do to help yourself feel better.

It’s also important to understand that this is a vital point in our lives when taking action for our health is more important than ever!
