This Navigating Menopause programme is a 1:1 coaching experience that takes you on a journey in which you set the direction and I help you navigate towards your goals, step by careful step.
This is for women who are exhausted and overwhelmed by the challenges of midlife and perimenopause and don’t want to give up or give in. You want to thrive and make an impact.
This programme can create powerful change in your life and carees, without burnout.

How do I help you do this?
6-12 months of tailored health and wellbeing coaching drawing upon all of my knowledge and experience working with women in midlife, the menopause transition, and wanting to thrive.
We’ll have a 60-90 minute one to one coaching session each month (the first two sessions really set the scene so can take up to 90 minutes)
I’ll send a written summary on each session - because I don’t expect you to remember everything!
You’ll space to share your experience between sessions if you have questions or need reassurance - you choose between email, or Voxr.
The first 5 clients of 2026 get a bespoke welcome pack to support your journey (this includes a journal, a way to track your cycle and progress, and some pamper items to help you on your journey)
And, there will be an opportunity to join an accountability group or have an accountability partner if you so wish.
We all have different ways of finding motivation, accountability, and creating momentum. I’ll help you find what works for you so that you can keep applying this to other challenges and goals in your life.
Midlife health isn’t JUST about menopause.
It’s a time in our lives when we can face many challenges, I’m going to help you create the resilience to deal with these and support a path towards your long term health too. Getting older isn’t scary if we know we’ve got the pieces in place to age well.
